We’re gearing up for another exciting season of Flag Rugby and we’d love for your child to be a part of it! Whether they’re brand new to the sport or already have some experience, Flag Rugby is a fun, fast-paced game that teaches teamwork, coordination, and confidence — all in a supportive environment.

Key Details:
• First Practice: May 29
• Practice Schedule: Thursdays, 6:00–7:30 PM
• Location: Forrestdale Field, Rumson
• Cost: $90 (includes shorts, jersey, and flags)

Age Groups:
• Owls: Entering grades K–1 (Coach Pete T and Coach TBD)
• Falcons: Entering grades 2–3 (Coach Mark and Coach Rich)
• Hawks: Entering grades 4–6 (Coach Philipp and Coach TBD))
• Eagles: Entering grades 7–9 (Coach Lou and Coach Charlie)

We typically start players in their age-appropriate group, but there’s plenty of flexibility to move up or down depending on a child’s skill level and maturity as the season progresses.

• June 7: BH/Montclair @ Rahway River Park (All teams)
• June 14: Union or Cranford (Split teams)
• June 21: Bridgewater or Scotch Plains  (Split teams)
• June 28: Jersey Shore
• July 12: Bayonne
• July 19: Mudturtle Flag Fest (Rahway & Westfield) @ Madison Ave Park (All teams)
